Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Oriet Cohen-Supple brings decades of international legal experience to her practice, having been admitted to practice in Israel in 1986 and in California in 2000. In Israel, she built a strong foundation advising clients on corporate, real estate, and banking matters, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial disputes, including high-profile anti-piracy litigation in the entertainment and sports sectors. In California, Oriet focuses on guiding businesses and executives through employment and complex business disputes, both in and out of the courtroom. Her work spans state and federal litigation and arbitration, with a particular emphasis on employee mobility, trade secrets, and contractual disputes. Known as a trusted advisor, she helps clients manage risk, resolve conflicts strategically, and prevent disputes before they arise.

Ronald S. Kravitz

Ron Kravitz began his legal career as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice and has spent more than three decades representing clients in complex business litigation. Since 1992, his practice has focused on ERISA, employment, intellectual property, and securities-related matters, where he regularly advises and defends fiduciaries, plan administrators, broker-dealers, and investment professionals in high-stakes disputes. He has served as lead or co-lead counsel in ERISA class actions nationwide.
A recognized leader in the employee benefits and litigation community, Ron combines deep subject-matter expertise with seasoned judgment. He has held leadership roles in national legal organizations and is a Fellow of multiple prestigious professional bodies. His work has been consistently recognized by peers and industry publications, reflecting a career defined by excellence in advocacy and trusted counsel.
