Oriet Cohen-Supple
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Oriet Cohen-Supple is a seasoned employment attorney who advises employers and executives on complex workplace and workforce strategy matters. Since 2014, she has dedicated her practice exclusively to employment advice and counsel, partnering with organizations and senior leaders on compliance, risk management, policy development, executive compensation, employment agreements, workplace investigations, organizational change, and high-stakes separation matters. Her approach is practical and business-focused, aligning legal strategy with operational objectives and individual career goals.
Oriet is also highly experienced in conducting independent, third-party workplace investigations for employers, boards, and organizations. She investigates allegations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower complaints, executive misconduct, policy violations, and ethical concerns. Managing each matter from intake through interviews, document review, and factual analysis, she delivers clear, well-supported findings and pragmatic recommendations that enable clients to make informed, defensible decisions while minimizing legal and reputational risk.
Oriet founded Cohen Kravitz, LLP with Ronald S. Kravitz to continue and expand the advisory-driven platform she helped build over nearly a decade as co-founder of Wright & Supple LLP, which she launched with Mary E. Wright in 2017. There, she played a central role in developing a boutique practice focused on sophisticated, day-to-day employment counsel for businesses and executives. Following Mary Wright’s retirement, Oriet expanded the firm’s capabilities to include ERISA and employee benefits, strengthening its role as trusted outside employment counsel to organizations and leadership teams.
Oriet brings decades of international legal experience to her work. She has been admitted to practice in Israel since 1986 and in California since 2000. Early in her career in Israel, she focused on corporate, real estate, and banking transactions, regulatory and compliance counseling, and commercial litigation, including anti-piracy matters for clients in the entertainment and sports industries.
After relocating to California, Oriet developed a broad practice encompassing complex business and employment litigation alongside strategic advice and counsel. She handled matters involving employee mobility, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of employment and business contracts, and the defense of claims alleging wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related business torts. This litigation foundation informs her current advisory practice, allowing her to guide clients proactively with a deep understanding of how workplace disputes unfold—and how best to prevent them.
