We are excited to announce the formation of Cohen Kravitz LLP, a boutique law firm dedicated to providing sophisticated legal counsel with the personal attention, practical judgment, and strategic guidance that our clients deserve. The firm focuses on employment law, executive representation, employee benefits and ERISA, and complex business litigation.

Founded by Oriet Cohen-Supple and Ronald S. Kravitz, the firm brings together more than seventy years of combined experience representing businesses, executives, fiduciaries, and institutions at both national and international levels. Having worked together for decades, the partners provide clients with the advantages of a focused boutique practice—direct partner involvement, thoughtful counseling, and effective advocacy when disputes arise.

The formation of Cohen Kravitz LLP also follows the retirement of Mary Wright, co-founder of Wright & Supple LLP. Ms. Cohen-Supple had the privilege of practicing alongside Ms. Wright for many years and is grateful for her mentorship, partnership, and lasting contributions to clients and the legal community.
